Our UX Team led a comprehensive redesign of the Herbalife Support Center portal, integrating new design patterns and formats from the updated Digital Design System for Herbalife One Brand. This overhaul was crafted with Responsive Mobile and Desktop views in mind, leveraging input from our Product Management Team to go beyond a simple re-skinning.

The redesigned areas and enhancements spanned critical areas such as the main landing page, category pages, contact us page, and templates like "what’s in our products." Working closely with a skilled UX designer, we introduced multiple new templates, components, and rich media assets. We also collaborated with the Support Center team to stylize and reformat existing article pages, ensuring seamless integration with the new H1 templates.
